The auction season is hotting up again
The summer lull in the property auction world is most definitely
over as thousands of properties flood into the IPDS database .
With well over 2,000 properties in the database today and almost 170
auctions due to take place during September, it is the ideal time
for investors to head back to the sale rooms.
Traditionally, the early part of August has been a quiet time for
property auctions, but this year has seen a marked increase in
auctions overall, which has carried the market throughout the summer
and given it a great kick start into the autumn.
Properties are now coming in thick and fast with some great examples
of potential buys provided here in the newsletter.

Following a hugely
successful auction in July, Howkins & Harrison’s current auction is
bigger still, definite proof that this auction department is going
from strength to strength.
On Wednesday 19th September at Kilworth Springs Golf Club, North
Kilworth, auctioneer Jeff Paybody will sell off 12 interesting and
